We currently ship across India. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Free shipping on prepaid orders over ₹999.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible pin codes.
- You will receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are consumable wellness items, we accept returns only for unopened, undamaged products within 7 days of delivery, or where an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
- To start a return, email care@sejatwa.com with your order number and photos (for damaged items).
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
